I cannot speak to the community interests of hard vore folk. If it is more usfeul for such communities to have interests that are like digestion, swallowing, etc. instead of just vore, I'm okay with that

People who care about this interest more than I do have told me this is meaningful and not the same as an interest in "extreme vore" (that is, a vore interest set to extreme). I am not sure how this will combine with being able to set severity on interests but that is not here nor now, and I am unblocking this
