Uhm outside opinion here. Although furry art often shows knots being thrust into partners, the way it functions in real life is that it swells while inside and is not really meant to be pulled in and out. It is therefore an active kink/interest because of that outside the standard act of using it in that way. a common kink, most certainly, but a kink all the same.
